Fizzco attends ChristmasWorld and Spring Fair 2023.
Divide and Conquer
This year our team had to divide and conquer to attend our favourite buying events of the year. Wendy and Russell, our Company Directors attended ChristmasWorld, Frankfurt 2023 along with Hannah, our Business Development Manager and Callum our Design Lead. Whilst Emma & Holly our Marketing and Creative Assistants attended Spring Fair, Birmingham with Bella our Photographer and Johnny our Sales and Contract Support as both events were held at the same time.
Even though Christmas has not long ended, we like to get a head start on the year ahead. In February we took the opportunity to attend two of the most valuable exhibitions in Europe, ChristmasWorld and Spring Fair.
ChristmasWorld
ChristmasWorld is the leading international trade fair for seasonal and festive decorations. The event ran from Friday the 3rd of February to Tuesday the 7th of February 2023. Every year we are mesmerised by the latest products and trends that they have to offer. They create innovative concepts for large-scale installations, such as Shopping Centres and City Centres. Not to mention trending products for wholesalers and retailers. They display everything from festive ribbons to the perfect Christmas lights.
Spring Fair
Spring Fair is the UK’s most vibrant marketplace for wholesale home, gift, and fashion, or as they like to call themselves a “shop for shops”. The exhibition was from Sunday the 5th of February to Wednesday the 8th of February 2023. We visited the exhibitions of Coach House, Si Swift Imports, Sincere Floral, Hamac Displays, CB Imports and Keamingk.
We used this opportunity to source trending products for Christmas 2023 as well as for other seasonal events throughout the year. We built on existing relationships with our existing suppliers and even learnt of some new up-and-coming suppliers in the industry.
We look forward to attending both events next year and continuing to build a strong relationship with our new and existing suppliers.
